Really bad experience.
Items look nothing like the photos, they look very cheap. I bought a Thomas Sabo charm and had to return it.
They don’t offer free returns so I had to pay £6.85 for insured delivery, this is the minimum cost for sending jewellery at the post office
What a scam!
Absolutely disgraceful

I bought a lovely pair of vintage 9ct earrings from them and they were just as described. The dispatch and delivery took a lot longer than anticipated, but the item was excellent and I would buy from them again.

You sent me earrings in the wrong metal , luckily I’m able to re- gift them. Your returns process is unnecessarily complex .i have ordered again since this experience and I’m giving you one more chance .

My husband ordered me a pandora bracelet for an anniversary gift, we had asked for it to be engraved, which we paid extra for, as soon as it came I noticed that they had left a letter out. They was very quick to respond to say it was my mistake, but once I had checked it was definitely a mistake on there behalf. But as soon as I told them this they stopped replying to my emails. Not very good customer services so will most definitely not be ordering from the again.

The product did not work and, quite obviously, was not checked before being sent out.

Charm was lovely, smaller than expected but nice. Arrived on time and kept updated on delivery. Will definitely use The Jewel Hut again

Really makes me cross when unit shoes from hotter and then days later you get a25% off code on Facebook

OK, but the sent me the wrong order (instead of telling me my order was 'out of stock'), and i then had to return for a refund.

Very good service, got items sometimes early
